Pricing:

• Initial 3-Hour Service: $499 (covers up to 180 minutes of inspection and repair work).
• Additional Time: $199/hour beyond the initial 3 hours.
• Material Costs: Replacement materials (e.g., pipes, gravel, concrete, sod) are billed separately.
  Note: Time is tracked and documented using our automated app, ensuring accurate billing.

Important Terms and Conditions:

• Complex Repairs: If the job becomes more complicated and cannot be completed within the initial 3 hours, additional charges will apply at $199 per hour.
• Comprehensive Tools: If additional equipment (e.g., dump trucks, excavators, or jackhammers) is required, these will be billed separately.
• Follow-Up: If water loss persists after our service, we’ll return to continue repairs without charging a new service call fee. The original time clock will resume, and charges will apply based on time spent.
• Thorough Documentation: All time spent is documented in our automated system, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
